Complimentary caps will be provided on the day of travel at check-in or after the flight and are subject to availability while stocks last.

Cancelled, refunded or no-show bookings are not eligible for the complimentary cap.
If a booking is rescheduled by the customer to a travel date outside the promotional period, the complimentary cap offer will no longer apply.
If Nationwest Aviation reschedules a flight beyond the promotional period due to weather, operational requirements or other circumstances beyond the customer’s control, the complimentary cap will still be honoured.
